What's your favorite restaurant?
Definitely "Matsuhisa" in Los Angeles (the first restaurant opened by Nobu Matsuhisa). I started going the year it opened, and could never get enough.
I could go on and on about how great this is. Tuna tartare with caviar; halibut cheeks in spicy sauce, etc. etc. etc.
After that, it would likely by any Nobu restaurant, as they have now sprouted up in many locations. New York has two, and I've been to both. Haven't made it to the London one yet....perhaps on my next trip.
